This option is for current & former students to order a copy of their transcript. Please fill out the form completely to give us the information we need. Please note: Official Transcripts are $10/each.

I have verified that the institution accepts emailed Official Transcripts. I understand that if they do not accept the NARHS emailed transcript and require it be sent another way, an additional fee will be required.
